Oh-No!!! and Oh-No!!!!! Here’s my wish: may it be fixed 1. very soon 2. at very low cost 3. leave no casualties behind [missing files etc]. As for the second ‘Oh-No!’, well, you were obviously referring to …Myleech Schayrous from the Klingon empire, weren’t you?! 😉

Hey Marina, just got it back. All naughty things ruthlessly purged. Space freed up. Speed increased. I just have to re-login to most things (not a big problem). Phew! And new virus-free security installed. All for £70 / $90. Cheap at the price. And you are completely right about the other problem – I just didn’t know the Klingon spelling… Be my advocate please! RH

Miley’s ‘people’ have already been in touch. Apparently the jocular inclusion of her name is worth about $2m for ‘reckless name intrusiveness’. I’m not though!
