The hectic pace of this new enterprise will slow a bit for a week or so while I spend some time at The Other Delphi (no, not the one in Greece) where the annual release of 50,000 hatchery smolts into Finlough has just taken place. While they mill around for a few days looking for the exit to the sea and freedom, the chances of catching a salmon, even one a mere few inches long, are high even for a bad (unlucky? No, I really do mean bad) fisherman like rollingharbour.

I sign off temporarily as the 1000th blog hit in less than 4 weeks registers this morning. Thanks to all those who have contributed, encouraged or shown an interest so far.
