PLEASE SEE ALL THE INDIVIDUAL DROP-DOWN MENUS and NEW SUB-MENUS
This page has been reorganised under the general heading of WILDLIFE and now excludes BIRDS which have their own pages and sub-pages. I have added (Nov 2104) a Raccoon taken by Becky. I’ve never seen one, though they are around and they are a problem for the ground-nesting parrots in the National Park. There’s nowhere else it comfortable fits. Here is perfect!
The WILDLIFE drop-down menus otherwise remain as before:
- MARINE LIFE + new sub-menus dedicated to WHALES & DOLPHINS – MANATEES – SHELLS & CORALS – REEF FISH – SHARKS & RAYS – STARFISH & CO – BONEFISH – and more…
- MISC WILDLIFE (all other terrestrials) + sub-menu for ABACO BARBS (wild horses). You’ll find LAND CRABS, CURLY TAIL LIZARDS, POTCAKES, ABACO BOAS, BAHAMAS HUTIAS, PRAYING MANTIS & a TARANTULA (Ground Spider)
- FLORA – I appreciate this is not strictly a conventional wildlife category, but the plants and trees are wild and alive, are they not?
- ABACO WILDLIFE CHARITY LINKS with eezi-2-uze links to joining, support and donation pages. This page is quite often updated and expanded

Here are her simple diagrams to demonstrate to system (props to SOIMF)
