“WONDROUS TAILS”: CURLY-TAILED LIZARDS ON ACACO

There is no known connection between ‘curly tails’ and the festive season. So trotting out a few of these charming little creatures in any season is a good idea. Are reptiles inherently repellent? Not these ones, for sure.Curly Tail Lizard, Delphi, Abaco CS2Curly Tail Lizard, Delphi, Abaco CS1Curly Tail Lizard, Delphi, Abaco

  1. Ultracute, übercüte? Well, I’d say wunderschön, meganiedlich and an absolutely adorable double curly Lizard. The amazing facials expressions are so well captured!. I love this post.

    • Ultracute? Übercute? Good question, Farah. Every few weeks I think, especially in the dry season. In my experience it’s quite unusual to see one in ‘mid-slough’. Maybe they keep a low profile while it happens, so they can emerge newly-clad and say (in curlytailian) “Ta-Daaaa”. RH
